• Work closely w/recruiting manager to determine hiring needs of the site
• Source and screen resumes for call center positions in customer service and sales
• Apply thorough knowledge of full, lifecycle recruiting to fill positions quickly
• Conduct telephones screens to further qualify applicants for all open positions
• Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Use a variety of sourceing channels to include, resume mining, diversity resources,
networking and direct sourcing to build and maintain quality candidate pipeline
• Develop strategies to source, attract, recruit and select quality candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruiting database
• Extend job offers and provide candidates with information to ensure a smooth on-
boarding process
• Participate in company initiatives to strengthen recruitment processes.
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing needs
Hours: M-F 8-5 with OT as needed QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 3-5 years' experience in high-volume recruiting
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills required
• Ability to work in high pressure environment with an extreme sense of urgency
• Familiar with call center culture, terminology, and expectations
• Experience with resume management/applicant tracking systems
• Quick learner, with a positive attitude
• Ability to treat sensitivity/confidential information with appropriate discretion
• This role requires the ability to work overtime-including some Saturday's
M-F 8-5 with OT as needed.

collecting files out of boxes that had not
been scanned and put in boxes for transfer
to our location for rescan and then brought

Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Act as a liaison between third party savings plan
corporate representatives and payroll transactional team.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating employee benefits
for input with minimal supervision and direction
• Ensure employees are paid on time and accurately in
accordance with client contract requirements
• Troubleshoots any problems relating to an employee''''s
pay or benefits
• Monitor departmental performance measures continuously
and report on status to SBU Management
• Report on complex departmental issues and propose
recommendations for opportunity areas
• Handle customer and supplier phone calls and email with a
high degree of customer service
• Other duties and projects as assigned
Work Experience
• Be familiar with health, welfare, and retirement plans
ensuring processes are efficient and meet compliance
requirements.
• Five to seven years experience in benefits analysis in a
high volume environment required.
• Good working knowledge of all applicable laws impacting
benefits especially savings plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet payroll deadlines
• Excellent analytical abilities, problem solving skills and
demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Position requires someone who is self-motivated and can
work independently, but can also be an integral part of a
cooperative-team effort.
