Customer Service Specialist Harrisburg, PA
This is a temp to perm assignment, Client is seeking people
interested in a long-term working relationship w/ strong
customer service and dependability. Training hours = 8-4:
30pm for first four weeks. Shift assignments should be
expected to be as late as 8:30-5:00pm after training, with
the understanding that end time is dependent on when calls
are no longer in queue (could run a bit past 5:00pm).
Requisition allows for up to 42 hours per week, which is
applicable after the first four weeks of training. OT is not
mandatory, but available for those interested after
successfully graduating from training.
Must be able to actively listen, ask probing questions, and
communicate in clear and understandable terms. Must
determine the customer’s desired product or service and
provide thorough direction and appropriate information even
when that desired product or service has not been
specifically communicated by the customer’s inquiry.
