Working both inbound and outbound freight. Loading and unloading material.

Paint Line Loader Goodfield, IL
Responsible for loading of parts onto the paint line
conveyor system
Identify material defects
Component/surface preparation (i.e. scuff sanding, minor
defect reparation, tacking, wiping, etc.) for paint
process
Willingness to cross train in other stations of the
paint department.
Will rigorously follow safety and quality procedures,
including cleaning and maintaining work area and machines
Perform other related or similar duties as assigned.

Perform a variety of wiring, assembly, finishing, welding and testing operations on
company products. Work from Engineering specifications, sketches, schematic
diagrams, verbal instructions, or detailed assembly drawings. Set-up and arc weld
parts, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies involving fitting, aligning, and
adjusting to insure proper function and efficiency. Work from prints and wiring
charts and/or standard assembly - electrical practices to perform the various
operations. These duties involve the use of miscellaneous assembly tools, A.C.
welder, and various electrical measuring and test equipment (i.e., OHM, AMP,
voltmeter, hi-voltage tester and dynamic balancer). Recondition used dryers by
applying careful judgment on the work and replacement parts required. Trouble
shoot problems and offer recommendations to customer inquiries regarding
installation, maintenance and conversion of dryers. Work from blueprints,
drawings, specifications, shop orders, instructions, sketches, schematic diagrams.
Responsible for inspection of parts, SPC, TPM, teamwork, accuracy, inventory
control duties as required, total quality, employee involvement, cost reductions,
and training new operators. Maintain necessary records. Move materials as
necessary in the performance of duties. Detect and report improper operation,
faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions to proper
supervision. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations. Perform other duties as required
or directed.

Safely perform all warehouse related activities per facility
rules and procedures.to include but not limited to the
following. Loading and unloading of parts from storage
locations and transport trailers with powered material
handling equipment. Picking and packing parts. Use of hand
tools as well as electrical and pnuematic power tools to
build crates and secure freight for shipment. Accurate and
detailed record keeping. Ability to work independently and
meet performance goals.

Production Planner 1 Racine, WI
Independently plan, analyze, control and expedite manufactured, purchased, service and subcontracted parts using the master production
schedules.
Pay, Based on experience
Contract position through March, early April
Individual will be located at nearby 3rd party tire assembly plant. This plant assembles tires for the tractor built at CNH plant.
This person will analyze tire inventory levels versus near term production requirements in order to solve tractors off line without tire issues
and mitigate future OK Off Line issues.
This person will need to be able to determine, with the use of a matrix, which tires can or cannot be used based on the application of tire.
They will also work with Plant Personnel and suppliers to expedite critical material to the Tire Assembly Plant.
Will update the SAP sales program and ensure the 3rd party received changes.
Will act as a representative for the production team, so the person will need to be able to communicate effectively and professionally.
Will work on any additional activities as needed.
Skills and Knowledge requires
Experience working in manufacturing environment.
Strong Organizational Skills and the ability to Multi-Task.
SAP Software Experience Preferred.
Strong knowledge of Excel and Access (2007 software)
Able to analyze data, Problem Solve, execute and provide reporting.
Degree in Manufacturing, Business, and/or relevant experience in production planning role
Position is 1st shift, with possibility of extended hours and some OT may be required.
$25/HR
